Job Description:

Step into a leadership role where your culinary skill and passion for food set the tone for the entire kitchen! Your leadership, culinary expertise, and attention to detail will drive profitability and a smooth kitchen environment.

What You'll Do

Assist the sous chefs in running the kitchen and overseeing the team

Follow recipes, use proper knife skills, and apply cooking techniques to ensure consistency

Share your knowledge and passion for food with customers by suggesting meal ideas using products from departments around the store

Manage employee performance, including training, feedback and development opportunities

Requirements

2+ years of prep or line cook experience
Experience leading a team
Food safety and quality assurance knowledge
