Head of Programme Management

Minnesota Hands & Voices is seeking a collaborative leader to oversee statewide programs supporting children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families. Through a family-centered peer-to-peer approach the Director helps ensure families have access to trusted information meaningful connections and resources that support their childs growth development and long-term success. Oversee program operations budgets grants contracts quality outcomes and evaluation activities.

Build strong partnerships with families community organizations funders referral partners and stakeholders.

Represent the organization in community collaborations and initiatives

Must be a parent of a child who is deaf or hard of hearing.

Bachelors degree and at least five years of leadership management or related experience.

Strong communication relationship-building organizational and leadership skills.

Experience with public policy grants nonprofit programs or community engagement preferred.

American Sign Language (ASL) and/or Cued Speech proficiency strongly preferred.

Must have schedule flexibility including weekends and evenings.
