As a Medical Receptionist, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work-flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasionally Saturdays, full-time hours.
Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
Paid Training (2-4 weeks)
Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
High School Diploma or equivalent, required .
Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role , required .
Previous receptionist, front-desk, administrative, or customer service experience , required .
Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support is preferred .
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software , required .
