Groundskeeper ***SEASONAL POSITION***

Facilities Groundskeeper
We are seeking a facilities groundskeeper who is responsible for the maintenance and care of our outdoor areas. This role would play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of grounds to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Keep the grounds clean and free of debris, including trash removal and sweeping walkways, driveways and parking areas
Collaborates with external contractor for specialized services related to the upkeep of facility grounds
Coordinate with management to address any groundskeeping needs or concerns
Upkeep of environmental conservation practices such as recycling
Assist the execution of preventative maintenance program, pest control, sanitizing common areas in rest rooms and showroom
Coordinate with supervisors, team members or other departments to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience:

~ High School Diploma or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Must have valid drivers license
Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task
Attention to detail
Maintain a positive attitude
Adaptability to work in different settings as per seasonal demands
