Position Summary The Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening applicants to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will also be involved in employee check-ins, exit interviews, and supporting various Human Resources programs as needed.
Responsibilities Comply with and actively promote all Safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents, incidents, and near-misses to ensure adherence to the company’s core value of “Safety first.”
Develop and implement the company’s recruitment strategy to meet staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing requirements.
Screen resumes, interview candidates (via phone or in person), administer assessments, conduct reference/background checks, and make recommendations for hire.
Use a variety of resources to attract high-quality candidates, including attending college career fairs, online job fairs, and community networking events.
Manage and maintain the application/resume file in accordance with company policies.
Perform hiring and onboarding duties.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
Willingness to travel domestically as necessary.
Proficiency in social media with the ability to initiate and manage social media recruiting campaigns.
