Practice Model: Assisted Hygiene
United Dental Corporation is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in the vibrant West Long Island area.
We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
We utilize an assisted hygiene model designed to maximize efficiency while allowing hygienists to focus on patient care.
Patients are scheduled across two hygiene columns
Assistants prepare treatment rooms and seat the next patient while the hygienist completes documentation and doctor handoffs
Modern technology and digital workflows
Collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient care
Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction
Promote preventive dentistry and long‑term oral health
Active Dental Hygiene License in New York, NY
Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state)
Commitment to quality patient care
Experience with assisted hygiene models
Experience with periodontal therapy
Bilingual skills
