Human ResourcesJob Description Summary:The Manager, Human Resources supports companywide or specific state/region Human Resources initiatives in order to achieve business strategy and long- and short-term objectives. Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes for Sales and Operations client groups in collaboration with the Management and HR teams.Supports the internal talent acquisition process.monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum of 7 years’ experience as HR business partner and/or HR generalistAdvanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation softwareMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlinesAnalytic and Reporting skillsUtilize sound judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:PHR or SPHR certificationPrior experience with Labor RelationsPhysical Requirements:talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephoneCompetencies:May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team.Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.Salary Range: $96,600 - $125,000This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program.
