Construction Installation Plumber

Plumber Position
Plumber 1 (STF710910) is an entry-level position. The ideal plumber should have a basic understanding of plumbing systems and a willingness to learn and grow in the field. A Plumber I, will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems under the supervision of more experienced plumbers.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Help inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform basic repairs.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layouts.
- Support senior plumbers in collaborating with contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Education: High school diploma
Skills and Abilities: effective communication, interpersonal, attention to detail
Plumber 2 (STF710920) will have a strong background in plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Plumber II, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
Education: High school diploma
License and Certification: Licensed plumber
Skills and Abilities: effective communication, interpersonal, attention to detail
