The Position: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Architect to join our growing Healthcare practice, with preference for candidates bringing 15–20+ years of architectural experience and a proven track record delivering complex healthcare projects.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for guiding projects from design development and documentation through HCAI / OSHPD approvals, construction administration, and closeout.
The ideal candidate brings strong California healthcare experience, advanced technical knowledge, excellent Revit capabilities, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through highly regulated project environments.

Lead technical delivery of complex healthcare architecture projects.
Guide projects through design development, construction documentation, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
Lead coordination between architecture, interiors, engineering, consultants, contractors, and client teams.
Navigate HCAI / OSHPD requirements and California healthcare regulations.
Develop, review, and oversee highly coordinated construction documents.
Provide technical leadership for both core & shell and interior healthcare environments .
Manage RFIs, submittals, field observations, change documentation, and construction-phase issues.
Maintain project QA/QC and documentation standards.
Mentor Project Architects, Job Captains, designers, and emerging architectural professionals.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
15–20+ years of professional architecture experience ideal.

• CA Registered Architecture License is mandatory
• Significant experience delivering healthcare architecture projects. Experience with hospitals, medical facilities, inpatient/outpatient environments, clinical spaces, or comparable healthcare projects.
• Strong technical architecture and construction documentation background.
• Experience across both core & shell and interior architecture is highly valued.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit.
• Strong knowledge of California Building Code, accessibility requirements, life safety, healthcare codes, and construction standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consultant coordination and multidisciplinary project teams.
