About the Role We are seeking an Ad Operations professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing. The ideal candidate will excel at executing, optimizing, and scaling performance-based advertising campaigns while tailoring strategies to best fit each client’s goals. This role requires a blend of ad tech expertise, data analytics, and operational efficiency to drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Grow and scale client accounts through strategic planning, continuous optimization, and efficient resource allocation.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success teams, providing actionable insights that drive performance and retention.
Own end-to-end campaign management , from client onboarding to full campaign lifecycle execution, with a focus on maximizing results and customer value.
Leverage data-driven insights, machine learning models, and automation to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine optimization strategies.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to ad fraud, invalid traffic, and other performance-impacting factors.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams , providing structured feedback and strategic input on new features, product improvements, and workflow enhancements.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in performance mobile advertising, programmatic, or ad tech
Deep knowledge of ad platforms, RTB, MMPs and programmatic trading.
Competitive Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 plus bi-annual bonus, depending on experience and location
