Phlebotomist/Full Time-Flexible Hours- Monday -Friday

Phlebotomist II - Sun City, CA - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

24.30 - $28.90 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications obtained. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus compensation.

State phlebotomy license required (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).

Administer oral solutions according to established training.

Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.

Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.

Perform all non‑patient facing duties, including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and utilizing email as appropriate.

Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.

Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.

Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.

Complete online and in‑person training courses timely.

Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Keyboard/data entry experience.

Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred; Ability to effectively communicate in English.
