CNC Machinist - Aerospace Manufacturing - 1st Shift

JOB TITLE: CNC Machinist II (1st Shift)
PAY RANGE : $32 - $37 + $5K Sign-On | SHIFT: 1st Shift M-F 6A – 2:30P
Prototek is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a machinist with strong setup and programming experience who enjoys solving complex machining challenges in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.
You’ll work on precision components across industries including aerospace, defense, medical, robotics, and industrial applications while continuing to expand your machining and programming capabilities.
Setup and run CNC machines
Perform multi-axis machining operations
Read complex blueprints and inspect parts to tolerance
Support process improvement initiatives

High School Diploma required

• 5+ years of relevant setup and programming experience in a related industry
• Multi-axis CNC machining
• Fusion 360 or similar CAM platforms
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
