Job Description Project Process Description:

The main idea of the project is to provide interactive panoramas from street-level positions worldwide. It includes building, testing, deploying, and maintaining imagery hardware and sensors used on various platforms.

The Inventory Coordinator is part of the Field Solutions team. Their responsibilities include supporting domestic and international movement of imagery collection equipment, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations, liaising with HWO Logistics, managing stock, scheduled counts, and forecasting

Provide support for equipment purchasing, logistics, and liaising with shipping partners

Maintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand

Coordinate shipments with logistics suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Assist in forecasting, managing local inventory, and distribution

Facilitate packaging and labeling of dangerous goods

Collaborate with procurement for supply availability and mitigation updates

Create and manage parts lists and replenishment levels

Communicate inventory movement (inbound/outbound) to stakeholders

Support physical inventory counts as required

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• 3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management
• Domain Experience in Hardware Operations: Minimum 2 years
• Spreadsheet, stock management, and forecasting familiarity
