Restaurant Host

Labriola Ristorante Oak Brook is looking for friendly, energetic people to join our host team!

As a host, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience. You'll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly. Labriola Ristorante is part of Doughboy Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind Labriola Chicago, Labriola Oak Brook, Labriola Italian Specialties and Stan's Donuts. Manage reservations, waitlists, and the restaurant's seating chart

Communicate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate table availability

Keep the host stand, entrance, menus, and waiting area clean and organized

Assist with private dining and special events as needed

Occasionally assist guests with payments at the host stand

Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers

A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required-we're happy to train great people!
