The Physical Therapist I provides evidence-based evaluation,
with various diagnoses, disabilities, and impairments affecting multiple body
regions, structures, systems, functional mobility, and activity participation. departmental and community continuing education and outreach.

Completes physical therapy documentation, billing, and statistics per team guidelines. Provides regular feedback, coaching and mentoring. Evaluates the learner's performance.
Assists in the planning and coordinating of clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical specialist or manager. Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
