Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Convert agency-provided leads, warm prospects, and referrals into new clients
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance
Consistently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity through our CRM
Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals
Provide an exceptional client experience from initial contact through the sale
Participate in daily sales coaching, training, and team meetings
Develop the sales skills and insurance expertise needed for long-term career and leadership growth
Requirements

Sales, insurance, financial services, automotive, real estate, or business development experience is a plus
Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required licensing support available for qualified candidates
