Late Night Server Shift: 10pm to 6am - Hours May Vary. Immediate Openings for Late Night ShiftsResponsible for greeting, seating, recording order and taking cash from guests. Delivery of food and removal of dishes and trays.Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesGreets and seats customers, records orders, applies suggestive selling techniques and insures prompt placement of orders.Must immediately inform management of any safety hazards, guest complaints or other problems.Complete all side-workKnow and adhere to all company standards (such as proper ordering codes, sanitation and stocking)Must offer suggestive selling to maintain proper guest check average.AccountabilitiesCustomers greeted and served food and beverage in a pleasant and courteous manner following company timing standards. Bending, reaching, walkingCommunicating with customersOperating cash registerCarrying trays of food productsMust be able to lift up to 20lbs.
