Remote Physiatrist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across outpatient and virtual settings. In this role, you will evaluate patients, design evidence-based treatment plans, and provide therapy through both in-clinic visits and secure digital platforms. You will leverage telehealth, remote monitoring, and digital engagement tools to expand access, track outcomes, and support adherence. Working in CORA’s collaborative, patient-first culture, you’ll partner with an interdisciplinary team, receive ongoing mentorship and continuing education, and help patients restore function, independence, and quality of life in a supportive, community-minded environment.
