FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare for patients of all ages in El Cajon and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling and control over coverage areas with no minimum was required. Clinician will observe, document, and report patient responses, determine plans of care, and utilize the Cliniconnects app for referrals and documentation.
