Do you want to execute projects as part of a technical team? This role will contribute to the start-up of new Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) at customer sites. You will be part of a team that engages customers on automation solutions and supports each other along the way.What You Will Do:Design, configure, test, and maintain DeltaV Control Systems ApplicationsPursue engineering solutions for process optimization through implementation of process control technologies and strategiesProvide support of the daily manufacturing operation for process optimizationCollect customer data and utilize it for designing control strategiesParticipate in the start-up of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) at customer sitesConduct site acceptance testing (SAT) and provide supporting documentationPerform control system loop checksAbility to read and interpret piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and logic descriptionsComplete automation projects as a member of a large technical teamWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCommutes to customer sites within the greater Boston Area, optional travel within US or abroad3 years programming and configuration experience with DeltaV Distributed Control SystemField instrumentation installation and troubleshootingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProcess control experienceFamiliarity with computer networks Knowledge of cGxP systems and proceduresTechnologies and SystemsAbility to work with teamsTime management skillsWillingness to learn and develop new expertiseHere's What You'll Get:Highly competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending or Health Savings AccountsUnlimited Vacation Time10 Paid Holidays12 Paid Weeks Maternity LeavePet InsuranceRetirement Savings: 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership PlanEmployee Referral BonusProfessional Development ReimbursementCompany Paid STD, LTD, and Life InsuranceCompensation: This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 to $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
