A well-established regional law firm is seeking two Real Estate Associate Attorneys to join its growing Pennsylvania real estate practice. Candidates may sit in either the York or Lancaster office, depending on location preference.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of substantive real estate experience who wants sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative regional platform.

The firm's real estate team represents businesses, developers, investors, financial institutions, municipalities, and other clients across a broad range of commercial real estate matters. Hybrid work environment

Attorneys are expected to maintain meaningful connection with their local office, clients, and practice team

Target compensation approximately $160,000+ depending on experience, credentials, and relevant real estate background.

Additional compensation may be available based on performance and billable production.

This provides flexibility to build a practice in the Pennsylvania community that best aligns with the attorney's professional and personal goals.

Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions

Commercial leasing

Real estate financing

Title, survey, zoning, environmental, and other due diligence

Entity formation and transaction structuring

Development and construction-related real estate matters

Drafting and negotiating transactional documents

2+ years of real estate law experience

Experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, or related transactional matters

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Interest in building long-term client relationships
