Design Architect (remote)
Henderson Drake
Serve as the lead architect for OneStream solutions across Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting modules for public sector and commercial clients.
Own the full lifecycle of solution design—from requirements gathering and architecture to build, testing, and go-live.
Design and implement custom business rules, data integrations, dashboards, transformation rules, and workflows within the OneStream platform.
Drive best practices for metadata management, performance optimization, and governance.
Contribute to roadmap planning, testing strategies, and system documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams, client-side personnel, and external partners to ensure project success.
Strong delivery experience in either Planning , Consolidation , or ideally both areas within the OneStream platform.
3+ years of OneStream development/architecture experience, and 5+ years of experience in EPM or financial systems implementation.
Working knowledge of financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and intercompany eliminations.
ETL/integration experience with enterprise applications and data warehouses.
S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to the nature of public sector work.
Remote-first flexibility across the United States, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
