Graduate Registered Nurse, Full Time, Night Shift

Overview We are seeking Graduate Nurses for a full‑time night shift schedule. with two weekends per six‑week cycle, offering flexible self‑scheduling and a weekend option. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000, tuition forgiveness and assistance ($4,500 per year) for further education or specialty certification, and relocation assistance are available. This role is part of the Boone Health system, a leading mid‑Missouri health network.

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with nursing standards.

Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, following established guidelines.

Promote patient and family‑centered care within a healing environment.

Monitor and modify care plans based on patient response throughout the stay.

Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities.

Minimum Qualifications Nursing diploma or associate degree.

No prior experience required.

Bachelor’s degree.

Nursing licensure required within 90 days of graduation.

Legal employment in Missouri.
