This full-time position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging from $36,000 to $42,000 per year , based on experience. With commission opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $60,000+ annually, plus bonuses averaging between $2,000 and $10,000+ , the potential for earning is substantial .

Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License (if not already licensed).
Preferred candidate would already be Licensed in Property and Casualty or Personal Lines / have insurance experience but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
