Loan Processor — Business-Purpose Lending

LOCATION

Remote or on-site (Sunny Isles Beach, FL)

You own files from signed term sheet to funding: collect and review documents, order and chase third parties (appraisal, title, insurance), clear conditions, and keep borrowers and account executives informed. Our platform auto-generates the chase list and the task queue — you drive it.

What you'll do

Manage a pipeline of DSCR, bridge, and construction files.

Collect and review entity docs, leases, bank statements, and budgets.

Order appraisals, title, and insurance — and chase them to delivery.

Clear underwriting conditions and package files for closing.

Keep every file's status current in the platform.

What we look for

2+ years processing business-purpose, DSCR, hard-money, or conventional investment-property loans.

You know what a clean file looks like: entity docs, HOI, title commitment, payoffs, draw budgets.

A relentless follow-up habit.

Comfortable living in software all day.
