Head of Technical Programme Management

Roles and Responsibilities *Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete product lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate software, controls, hardware, systems, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Drive multi-site deployment planning and launch readiness.
- Manage technical development, integration, testing, and deployment of automation, robotics, and electromechanical systems.
- Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish program management processes, governance, and reporting standards.
- Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Mentor teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years leading complex technical programs in automation, robotics, manufacturing, or capital equipment.
- 7+ years of program management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
- Strong experience in NPI, product development, systems integration, and deployment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, risk management, leadership, and communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MS/MBA is a plus.
