Medical Records - Part Time to Full Time with CNA

Responsible for providing general direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting under the direct supervision of a physician. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure functionality of practice operations to provide excellent patient care. Ensures medical facilities run smoothly, and works in a clerical, administrative, or clinical capacity, and may even be asked to perform more specialized tasks.

Records medical information and test results, conducts patient interviews, takes and records vital signs, collects specimens, and administers medication under physician supervision.

Assists with walk-in and scheduled clinic visits, ensures verification and recording of clinical data and adherence to quality standards.

Guides patients through the health care system and helps patients arrive at scheduled appointments on time.

Instructing patients on how to collect samples or drawing blood

Welcoming patients to the facility and Scheduling appointments: Maintaining medical records: Recording patient medical histories and vital signs in the computer system

Ensuring the exam room is ready for the patient, including disinfecting equipment and stocking supplies

Provides emotional support related to the patient’s clinical situation in accordance with the patient’s plan of care.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Associate's degree in Medical Care or related field.

1. year of experience in Health Care services.
2. years Experience in outpatient, ambulatory setting

Ability to work within computer systems
