~CNC Precision Machinist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
Schedule:*** Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Precision Machinist to join our manufacturing team.
This role is crucial for producing high-quality components by precisely setting up, programming, and operating CNC vertical mills and lathes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of blueprint reading and advanced CAD file interpretation.
CNC Precision Machinist Qualifications:
- Perform comprehensive setup, programming, and operation of CNC vertical mills and lathes.
- * Utilize CAD software to work with and manipulate DWG, DXF, and IGS file formats.
- * Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure all machined parts meet strict specifications and tolerances.
- * Troubleshoot machine operations and programming issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- **Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, including significant expertise in machine setup and programming.
- * Demonstrated proficiency in operating and programming Vertical Mills and Lathes.
- * Solid experience with CAD software, specifically working with DWG, DXF, and IGS files.
