Facilities ManagerPrecision Orthopedics & Sports MedicineLocation: Fulton, MD + travel to sites 50-75% of timeFull-time - Monday- FridayAbout the Facilities Manager role:The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facility operations across all orthopedic clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) throughout Maryland. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained environments for patients and staff while supporting organizational growth, including M&A facility integration and new buildouts.Founded in 2012, Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a private practice group of board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons who focus on individualized care of their patients. We also partner with leading local hospitals to ensure coordinated care delivery for treatments that may require surgery or physical therapy.Core ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations Oversight — Lead daily facility management for 16 clinics and 2 ASCs, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant operations.Buildouts & Renovations — Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, remodels, and expansions from concept through completion.Office Relocations — Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and operational continuity for clinic or administrative office moves.Maintenance Coordination — Serve as the liaison for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance vendors; ensure timely response and quality work.Vendor Management — Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for facility services and equipment.Preventative Maintenance — Implement and track preventative maintenance programs, including medical equipment such as X-Ray systems.Regulatory & Life Safety — Ensure compliance with life safety codes, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements across all sites.M&A Facility Integration — Lead facility onboarding, assessment, and integration activities for newly acquired practices.QualificationsExperience managing multi-site healthcare or clinical facilities strongly preferredStrong project management skillsAbility to coordinate multiple vendors and contractorsKnowledge of life safety, regulatory compliance, and healthcare facility standardsExcellent communication and organizational skillsEmployee Benefit Overview:Vacation time & Sick time9 paid major holidaysCareFirst medical coverageDental and Vision coverageVoluntary Life and Short-term Disability coverageTuition assistance for continued educationHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401k Retirement PlanMileage Reimbursement
