In-Store Cook
Workstream
Store, prepare, cook, and properly plate all food items in accordance with all local and IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regulations.
Prepare food according to specifications set forth in the IHOP SOP manuals.
Comply with all local and SOP health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to understand oral instructions in English and read English or Spanish well enough to understand recipes and customers' food orders.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. Employees must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
