Health Care Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment.

As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:

Greeting patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone.

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.

Updating patient accounts and collecting copays when needed.

Keeping the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.

Helping with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.

One year or more of healthcare, customer service or call center experience.

Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume.

Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records).

Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 to 5:00
