NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy organization in Northern California to hire a Clinic Lead Physical Therapist (PT) for their Colusa location. This role is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinic culture, and maintaining a high standard of patient care while staying clinically active.

Outpatient Physical Therapy

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Role Type: Clinic Lead / Senior Physical Therapist

Opportunity to mentor and support other Physical Therapists

Autonomy in day-to-day clinic operations

Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing programs

Provide outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Serve as a clinical leader and resource within the clinic

Maintain quality standards and patient experience

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license-eligible in California

DPT or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
