San Diego Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in Sorrento Valley is a premier healthcare provider specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries and physical conditions. Our mission is to support individuals in achieving optimal physical performance and health through personalized care.
We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment for our team of healthcare professionals. We schedule new physical therapy patients for an hour and follow ups on the half hour. Each therapsit has a dedicated PT tech to help throught the day. With a focus on evidence-based practices, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the San Diego community. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in the heart of San Diego, CA.
Sports Medicine and Family Health Center!We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team.
This role involves developing and implementing personalized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life for patients of all ages. The Physical Therapist will utilize their extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver effective physiotherapy interventions in a collaborative environment.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Valid state credentialing/licensure in physical therapy. We offer a competitive total compensation package including salary plus incentive, retirement plan, paid time off, and health insurance.
Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving patient independence.Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in physiotherapy, medical terminology, and treatment techniques.
Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice.Skilled in treating diverse populations including patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries.Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing expert physical therapy services grounded in evidence-based practices!
