The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with DIA local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.

Collecting and interpreting existing customer tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to create and draft various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, and instructions.
Writing and editing technical documentation for all project hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and how-to documentation.
Creating code documentation for software; producing implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; providing field, data definition, and data flow documentation.
Explaining scientific and technical ideas in simple language.
Working with customers to translate their functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Applying writing and grammar skills to deliver accurate documentation under tight deadlines.
Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of SDLC, IC ITE, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and PWS terminology.
Document Management:
~ Preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.

Ability to influence other technical staff through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
