Sales Associate
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for footwear, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Customer Service:
o Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
o Provide knowledgeable and helpful assistance to customers in selecting footwear.
o Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
Sales:
o Achieve personal and store sales goals by cross-selling and upselling products.
o Promote special sales, offers, and loyalty programs.
Inventory Management:
o Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
o Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
o Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and is properly tagged.
Store Maintenance:
o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
o Assist in setting up promotional displays and store layouts.
o Follow all operational policies and procedures.
o Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
o Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
Personal Attributes:
o Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
o Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Comfortable with climbing ladders and bending/reaching for merchandise.
Salary: $16 - $18 per hour
