Requirements Skills & Conditions Previous experience as a baker or in a bakery environment is preferred.

Tasks include mixing and kneading dough, following recipes, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory for baking supplies.

Knowledge of workstation set up and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety guidelines, and collaborate with the kitchen staff to meet the restaurant's menu needs.

May be required to lift food items weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
