Job Description SummaryOrganization's Summary Statement:The NextGen Program Coordinator is responsible for orchestration of NextGen Program activities and monitoring the program’s contractual performance in support of the Program Manager and Program Governance Manager. The role is responsible for coordination of NextGen Program activities and monitoring the program’s contractual performance in support of the NextGen Program Governance Manager. Physical Demands:The incumbent primarily works in an office environment and requires the ability to use a personal computer, phone, and other devices. This position is telework-eligible.Preferences:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, Contract Management, or a related subject.Two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience including strong data entry, calendar management, document management, correspondence development, and financial administration skills.Demonstrated experience with Public-Private Partnerships.Maintenance and/or Operations oversight experience.Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as Maximo, SAP, or QFM is a plus.Contract management experience.Smartsheet experience.Licenses/ Certifications:The incumbent must possess a driver's license, as the role involves traveling to meetings and project sites both on and off campus.
