Emergency care travel nurse

Registered Nurse - Acute Care Charge with an Emergency Department focus in Geneva, NY. Start date 09/21/2026 for a 20-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $2,246-$2,362. Shift: Rotating. Setting: Short-Term Acute Care setting with ED responsibilities. Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Weekly pay: $2,246-$2,362 per week

Contract weeks: 20

Shift: Rotating (including day/night/holiday coverage)

Short-term acute care/ED environment

On-call and 12-hour shift pattern: 3x12s plus 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks

Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department, including triage, primary assessment, priority setting, and ongoing monitoring of patients of all ages

Lead and collaborate with the care team; Educate patients and families, prepare for diagnostic procedures, and coordinate post-emergency care and referrals

Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly; communicate with physicians and other team members to optimize care

Uphold infection prevention standards and a healing environment; Current New York State RN licensure

Two years of acute hospital RN experience; Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active licensure; ability to work in an ED/acute care setting

Flexibility to participate in rotating day/night/holiday coverage and on-call shifts
