What You'll Do Conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
Providing caregiver training and ongoing family support
Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data
Maintaining timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
Staying current with best practices and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis
What You Bring We\'re looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, ethical care.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
Ability to work in a hybrid role with in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1-2 days per week
Reliable transportation
Ability to obtain or maintain CPR certification
Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by funding sources
Ability to meet the physical demands of working directly with children, including lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and engaging in active play
