We are seeking an experienced general liability and/or professional liability senior associate with 7+ years of litigation experience to join our Los Angeles office. As a senior general liability and professional liability attorney at LBBK, you will take a leadership role in managing complex, high-exposure matters, serve as a key point of contact for clients, mentor junior attorneys, and play an active role in business development and firm growth in the LA market. This position offers a clear path toward partnership for those demonstrating the requisite skills and commitment.

Serve as a primary client contact for general liability and professional liability matters, maintaining strong relationships and delivering strategic counsel

Supervise, mentor, and provide substantive guidance to junior associates and paralegals on general liability and professional liability matters

Draft and review complex motions, briefs, pleadings, and expert-related materials across general liability and professional liability practice areas

Assist partners in billing oversight, matter budgeting, and client reporting

Contribute to firm committees, training programs, and mentorship initiatives

Experience supervising and developing junior attorneys in a general liability or professional liability practice
