Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create tailored therapy strategies aimed at achieving their goals.
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with a diverse team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide round-about care.
Train patients and their caregivers on effective therapy techniques to encourage continuous improvement at home.
Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed so patients remain on track toward recovery.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
Support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications is encouraged.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
A genuine passion for helping others and a drive to enable people in achieving independence.
Creative problem-solving abilities to adjust therapeutic plans as necessary.
Full-time hours offering flexibility in scheduling.
Utilization of state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation systems.
Engagement in quality improvement and innovative projects.
