Market Development Representative
Whirlpool Corporation is a leading home appliance company, in constant pursuit of improving life at home. The company is driving meaningful innovation to meet the evolving needs of consumers through its iconic brand portfolio, including Whirlpool, KitchenAid, JennAir, Maytag, Amana, Brastemp, Consul, and InSinkErator. The Field Sales (Commission) team develops and manages relationships through phone and on-site visits. Negotiates partnership agreements to achieve desired revenue and profitability objectives. The Market Development Representative will proactively contact our Trade Customers on a consistent basis to provide a world class sales experience. This individual will be involved in providing marketplace insights, communication of pricing, programs, product transitions, marketing assets and overall merchandising assistance. Responsible for the sales and development of Retail and Associate Contract Distributor Trade Customers with a territory that consists of between 80 – 100 accounts.
Be a proactive sales consultant to ensure only the highest quality sales experience for our Whirlpool Trade Customers.
Other duties include maintaining current customer base, tracking leads, and proactively selling to ensure high quality sales experiences for our Whirlpool Trade Customers.

Bachelor Degree
