Behind every project is a team keeping the business running — and we're looking for a sharp, organized Bookkeeper to be a key part of that team.
The Bookkeeper will own the day-to-day transactional accounting functions that keep our operations moving. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with additional support in recordkeeping and general accounting tasks. Accounts Payable
Maintain organized AP records and support audit documentation as needed.
Accounts Receivable
Generate and send customer invoices on schedule.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past‑due accounts.
Assist with collections activities as needed.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records across systems.
Support bank reconciliations and routine account maintenance.
Assist the accounting team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Help ensure accuracy between operating modules and financial systems.
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.
1-3 years of bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience preferred.
