Your Kitchen, Your Craft, Your Moment
From early prep to afternoon service, you’ll be part of the culinary engine behind memorable resort moments. Complete daily food, ingredient, and kitchen-supply requisitions with attention to quality and efficiency.

Bring fresh, high-quality ingredients to life while maintaining consistency in flavor, portioning, and presentation.

Handle proteins, produce, and perishable ingredients using proper storage, labeling, rotation, and food-safety procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized station, including refrigeration units and storage areas, in accordance with Health Department standards.

Safely operate kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, and other culinary tools.

Support Sous Chefs, the Executive Chef, and fellow culinary team members during service, prep, special events, and daily operations.

At least two years of cooking experience in a similar high-volume kitchen environment.

A current Maricopa County Food Service Worker card or certification.

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school or apprenticeship training is a plus.

Strong knowledge of cooking fundamentals, including sauces, stocks, cooking methods, knife skills, and recipe execution.

A solid understanding of sanitation practices, food safety standards, and Health Department requirements.

Basic math skills for recipe preparation, portioning, and kitchen measurements.

Clear communication skills and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, preferred.

A professional appearance and commitment to the grooming standards of a luxury resort environment.
