Reporting to the HR Consultant,you’llhavefull ownership of the organization’s recruitment lifecycle.This will include finalizing job descriptions, posting jobs, screeningcandidates,and scheduling interviews.You’llmanage the pre-employment process, includingeligibilitydocumentation.Additionally,you’llfacilitateonboarding, back-uppayroll,andyou’llbe the point of contact for questionsregardingemployee benefits.
The team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills,strong emotionalintelligence,and exceptionalcommunication.
This position is fully on-site.
