Care Management Care Advocate - Remote

To provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers, the contract Consumer Care Advocate will work remotely, managing incoming claims-related inquiries and ensuring efficient customer experiences while processing data and coordinating updates.
Key responsibilities

Process incoming calls, faxes, and voicemails from claimants and providers, resolving claims-related questions and issues
Communicate claims status and activities to clients and appropriate medical contacts, responding to inquiries about jurisdiction and claim-specific issues
Enter data into claims systems, ensuring proper documentation and coding of claims files

Required qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
Two years of administrative and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
