Estimator - Atlanta, GA Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 An established Commercial General Contracting company based in Atlanta is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as an Estimator. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 and provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with senior management in cultivating key business relationships for revenue growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
Must be from a General Contractor background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Project.
Familiarity with pricing methods such as Construction Manager at Risk, Design/Build, and Hard Bid.
Solicit pricing from Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Evaluate proposals to minimize scope gaps or double coverage risks.
Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing analysis for various construction scopes.
Manage multiple projects concurrently at different design stages.
Participate in presentations and project interviews.
Provide guidance to entry-level estimators.
Assist senior management as the primary contact for pre-construction efforts across projects.
