Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records—organization and multitasking are key!

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in/check-out clients.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and care instructions.
