As a Home Provider, you’ll help create that sense of belonging by opening your home and supporting an individual with intellectual disabilities as they build a life filled with connection, growth, and independence.
Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
Approximately $33,000 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

You must be a current resident of the state of Illinois (due to state funding restrictions).
Internet access and basic computer skills
Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training
Must be a registered healthcare worker (DSP)
