Process Engineering - 1st Shift

Job TitleBAE Systems is looking for a hands on, experienced Process Engineer to be a contributor in our EWIMC - CCA factory for first shift. They will be someone who can influence the team within the factory as well as the Integrated Product team outside of the factory.This is a 2nd shift position working a 4/10 Monday through Thursday schedule.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Process Engineer, you will make impacts in the following ways:Maintaining the stability of a Production Line while continuously driving improvements, manufacturability, and driving root cause analysis.Driving manufacturing process improvements, production problem resolutions, and integrating solutions into a lean manufacturing environment.Collaborating with other functions is crucial to success, some of these functions include supply chain, quality (inspectors, manufacturing product assurance (MPAs), etc.), program office, and new product introduction (NPI) engineering as well as the product engineering team.The individual will work in both office spaces and production environment supporting the factory full time onsite.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline or at least 10 years of CCA manufacturing experience.Capable of becoming a team member of the process engineering organization and exhibiting leadership skills that serve the needs of the process engineers and the factory.Solder stencil design using Visual Cam SoftwareFuji pick and place equipment (NXT III, AIMEX) systemsProgramming of Koh Young Solder Paste Inspection equipmentProgramming of OMRON Automated Optical InspectionProgramming of CTI routing EquipmentCreating programs using AEGIS FACTORYLOGIX softwareMust have a thorough understanding of thermal control and soldering with AirVac Hot Gas rework stations and Vitronics Reflow OvensPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsUnderstanding Lean Six Sigma DMAIC principlesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
